As it happened, a college oracle came true. One of my daughter's friends got married, and in a game they played back in college, where prophecies of the future were written on scrolled pieces of paper, and whatever it was written will come true. For Gwennie, it came true. She was first to get married. Another friend, Anne, was wary, because hers was first to get pregnant. My daughter was delighted because hers was first to be a millionaire. Ha ha. I asked :What about Peej?" My daughter answered. "Oh, she thinks nothing of the oracle." I asked again. "Why?" My daughter responded, "Because hers was first to get to Africa." "Oh!", was my only reply. Peej was no safari lady at all. If that was my daughter's, oh wow, she's Wakanda Forever.
