Different ways to say mom

I was just wondering when you refer to your mom what word do you use ? My mom has always been mem to us she got that name when the grand kids were way little and it has stuck ever since ..even other people call her mem ..my brother in law is from canada and he says mum.when referfing to his mom..do you call your mom plain mom or mommy or mama. How do you refer to her ?

In my language, we call our mom as nanay. Others call their moms as ina, inay, ma, ima.

@Nana49 we called them ina (mother side) and our father side grandma was nanay. The general term for grandma is lola. Grandpa is lolo.

@jobelbojel that's very interesting i had not heard those epically lolo for grandpa. Lolo and lola ..grandma and grandpa easier to spell .lol

I refer to her as mom but we use to call her ma most times.

@Nana49 lol true. One of her grandsons use to call her ma too because he would hear us calling her that.

I call her mom. My kids call me momma usually or when they want something they will say mommy. Lol
