Here is another view of the Guadalupe trail near Blossom Hill Road near Oakridge Mall in San Jose,California.You can see from a slightly different angle.it was not raining at the moment and people were walking the trail.You can see groves of trees here.

How high is the water compared to normal? We see images on the national news of the amount of rain you are getting in CA

I am not sure of the height here compared with normal.Areas like Mill Valley have concern about mudslides.In 1 city at least 1 house went down a hill.
