If people respond frequently to your discussions, do you answer back to their discussions?

I respond to people's discussions if they are answering to my discussions. But not many people do this. They don't respond to my discussions. But I understand this. Maybe they don't like them. I like to respond to people who answer to my posts because in this way we help each other. If members respond to your discussions do you answer back to their discussions?

That is how mylot works. If no one reads your discussions you do not make money. I read and comment to a lot of discussions, if they read mind then its good, if they don`t I do not mind.
I am hear to make friends, the money is a plus.

I scroll down through the discussions. If I have something to say about the topic, I comment on the post.

I go to "their discussions" and read my friends first.

Yes, I make sure that I go to that person's discussion and comment.

That how I've always done it unless the other person's response sounds like they didn't read my discussion. But I give everyone one or more chances to improve.
There are many here that rarely visit my posts even when I've spent time with them. Sometimes I keep track it all depends on how much time I have.

@dya80dya exactly. Sometimes if their comment is vague I'll ask questions but not everyone comes back to answer them.

@MarshaMusselman I noticed this. Maybe they forget about notifications. But I noticed something weird. I haven't received notifications and people answered to my comments.

@dya80dya yes..definitely we do. With experience we start avoiding people who do not revert back.

@dya80dya Yes,whenever I have time I respond to their discussions.Honestly speaking, if someone frequently visits my posts and responds to them,I feel it my duty to visit their posts and respond to them.My problem is lack of time.

I try to respond to their discussions as much as I can, as I feel that I owe them. That is just my point of view and I don't takje it negatively if someone doesn't do the same.. Everyone has a preference..
Otherwise, I respond on interesting discussions, even if those people never responded to mine

That is what most of us oldies do. We know that if you continue to comment on all the people who comment on your stories, it usually continues to happen. And because we do that, it grows. The newbies often think its all about writing but we old folks know it all about responding to those who comment back.

Of course. Why not? We are friends here. So we should help each other. I completely agree with your thoughts.
