Had a 4 day weekend so I am shopping for a bluetooth charger

I didn't work Friday because the school had conferences, but I ended up trying to get my phone fixed, which is a nightmare, because a local phone shop said my motherboard is going, but samsung won't go through him, I have to travel an hour away to a specific shop who says it is my carrier. (except my husband and son's phones are on the same carrier and have no problem: So far my phone is doing well. but I already went twice to that shop, not sure what I would do if it starts messing up again. So, that is why I wasn't here Friday, and of course my weekends are packed with cleaning the house and spending time with family, and since today is President's Day, I got an extra day to spend here, in between relaxing and shopping around. Whether my phone makes it or not, I want a bluetooth charger for my phone that fits in the lighter of my car. I had one for the one car I had, but now I have an older (and in better condition) car where there is barely 1/4 inch of space between the where the lighter goes and the rim of the ashtray. This means the bulky double USB port chargers won't fit. I went to walmart and the woman said that I may have to check my car to see if it has an auxiliary jack...it does not. I was hoping I can find a single USB port bluetooth charger that won't cost a lot. I did find this on Walmart's website and it looks like it might work, the plug in looks about the same size as the lighter itself. But before I spend any money, I wonder if anyone has a older car and uses a bluetooth charger. Or if anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it.
