Here are 10 reason why you should hug at least 8 times a day. You wouldn’t relizes how much a hug can change your mood or needs. 1. Hugs build trust and a sense of safety. This helps to open a way of good communication between people. 2. Instantly boost Oxytocin levels. This helps you not feel so lonely, isolated, and angery. 3. Holding on to a hug for an extended time releases serotonin. Which helps make you feel happy. This is something my husband lacks so he takes serotoin nightly. 4. Strengths your immune system. 5. Can boost your self-esteem. This is commomenly seen when parents are cuddling their young. Helps you connect to self love. 6. Helps relax muscles 7. Balances out your nervous system. 8. Hugs teaches us on how to give and receive. This also teachers us on how love flows. The equal part of giving to someone and receiving back. 9. Helps us be in the present moment.
