While I was in Holland, I visited the 'Amsterdam Cheese Museum' In museum you can relive the history of cheese making and experience the unique flavor of the best cheese of Holland,to learn more about Dutch cheese,to see the most expensive cheese slicer of the world and of course to buy cheese. It was very difficult to decide which cheese to buy. What’s the best type of cheese for you? The picture is mine and I'm sorry that I can not put more than one,so that even those who did not visit this museum could see

@LowRiderX In Italy the "commercial" varieties are about 500, but if you visit each region and try the local specialties we have about 2500 different cheese.

@bunnybon7 An easy way to check for lactose in cheese is to look at the Nutrition Facts under "Sugar" since the sugar in cheese is lactose, you can easily see how much lactose the cheese contains. So look for aged, rather than younger cheeses, and sugar under 5 grams per serving. Cheese with trace levels (less than 0.5 gram lactose) - Cheddar, Parmesan and Swiss Cheese with low levels (less than 5 grams lactose) - Mozzarella, Cream cheese and Ricotta

@LowRiderX Neither did I. I've heard of cheese factories before that people can visit and sample / buy all kinds of cheeses but not a museum.
