Do you like lasagna?

For tonight's dinner, my mother wanted to follow an Italian recipe and made a lasagna. The taste is amazing and the mixture of ground beef, 4 cheeses, corn, peas and bacon is sensational. Besides that, the seasoning is very striking (pretty good for my taste)... Which make the smell barely irresistable like a very good perfume. Yummy!

My daughter worked with a chef years ago and we frequented the restaurant... often lol. He made the most awesome lasagna... his secret was nutmeg lol... there is that spice again!!

Yes. But I MUCH prefer spinach lasagna which is made with no meat. The cheeses (such as cottage) are substituted with Ricotta, and the mozzarella is replaced with provolone. It's DELICIOUS!

I LOVE lasagna, but one of my kids doesn't like it so I haven't made it in a very long time. I'm thinking I may have to make some for dinner one night this week...

That sounds lovely! I love lasagne but I'm too lazy to make it very often. I've got a very good recipe from a Finnish friend of mine, it doesn't have 4 cheeses and bacon though. I think the 4 cheeses sound like something I would try, as I love cheese. Not that keen on bacon. Some people think that's weird, bacon seems to be considered one of the most fantastic foods every invented.
