While many people today are hooked on intermittent fasting to be healthy, I experienced intermittent sleeping last night.
Am already asleep at 9:00 or 10:00 p.m. but last night, I was awakened by a bad cold at 11 p.m. So I took an antipyretic medicine then continued sleeping, but am up again at 1 a.m. then I could hardly sleep till 4 a.m. So I got up at 5 a.m. feeling tired, unlike in the past when I felt refreshed upon waking up.
Had you experienced the same disturbed sleeping pattern?

Yes I do and I don't think that it is nearly as effective as intermittent fasting.

I agree, maybe it goes with the age. Taking a day nap is good.

Most of the time, because of my online job.. But I am already used to it.
And I can't sleep during daytime so I only get a total of 4 to 5 hours of sleep a day...

You still lack some hours of sleep, and they say it is really important to have a night's sleep.

It is not constant; there were days that I have good sleep.
