I lost 10 pounds

I was able to see my belly went down. I went to look in the mirror. I saw where my hips went down too. I jumped on the scale and bam. 10 pounds gone. I held myself accountable for everything I ate. I am not on any diets. I have to learn to eat in order to reduce the pain. So for me it means no excuses. Stop eating some foods and live better.

@kepweng No not at all. I am slim. I don't mind putting on a little but I will avoid that for health reasons.

It's amazing to stand in the mirror and see the results. I am now hoping to ride my bike more but for now it's not happening. I got on it today for about 3 mins.
