I cannot say Alfredo what feedback helps me to improve, but I know that a positive feedback makes me feel better.

Honest feedback! Don't tell me you like something if you don't. Don't tell me I did a good job if I didn't. If I make a spelling, grammar, or usage mistake tell me. If I have spinach between my teeth or a hole in the seat of my pants please, PLEASE tell me before anyone else sees me!!!

Any feedback. I don`t just want to pat on the back saying good job, I want to hear the "Are you insane?" and "you seriously need mental help!" You have to take the bad with the good to make yourself better. Yes you may get your feelings hurt, but if you also need to know what people think and why. I do not want people tiptoeing around a problem when I can fix it.
