I am thinking to buy an app for meditation and mindfulness. It's called Calm. It has short meditations, but I am not sure if it's worth the money. It's almost $60 for a year. I have to spend all mylot earnings to buy it. I will think about this. Would you pay for an app?

I would recommend you to go for the free trial first so that you can cancel anytime. Also please check other free alternatives online before doing so. Take care.

Never. It's for me to throw money. Can not you find the necessary information on the Internet, YouTube comes to mind for example?

I am testing it for 7 days. It has short meditations for anxiety. Most of free meditations are very long. They last one hour.

I have not paid for any app so far. But if it is really a good one and I need it, I might go for it. So I have to weigh all possibilities and decide.
