My husband and I are trying to litter box train our baby ferret. You can use tones with ferrets because they don’t get it so you have to kind of trick them. We added in a bunch of toys I tired them her cage to keep her from wanting to go potty. Ferrets don’t like going on there toys or nest there food. Since adding some stuff to keep her from going on certain spots she has used the litter box twice. We praised her she did good and gave her some nice pets too.

If you train them then they go everywhere and you have to clean daily since it’s not in litter with helps with smell. They can be taught Just like a car or so can be.

Have you visit the site called ferretguide.com? It's a very helpful site, lots of ferret guide to know about.

I have know but we have done some general search. Over all this is my third ferret but first one that I’ve done training with since the others were when I was still a child.

It seems challenging to do that. I am sure they will get used to it.
