This is what I got to hear yesterday late in the morning when a huge flock of tiny birds sang away their blues perched on our nutmeg tree.
No doubt it was a rare occurrence but it was a cacophony indeed.
Here ir proof

@allknowing Cuckoos are the most annoying birds, we hear them from early May. They squat the other birds nests.

Honestly seeing that many was indeed a sight to behold but a continuous cacophony could be quite a thing to put up with. This video has just a few minutes of it

@moirai My garden is so designed to attract birds and so we have them throughout the day and several species visit us It is not that annoying, really when they cry like this.

@allknowing It's nice, though, I think - makes you really feel you're so close to nature. I would enjoy sitting outside with a nice breeze, listening to that... as long as bird droppings don't suddenly fall on my head.
But I can understand, if I was trying to read a book, for instance, and wanted to enjoy some peace and quiet, that that much chirping can be quite disturbing.

We do not hear them early in the morning but much later. We have other birds that sing in the early morning hours.

@allknowing I guess you are really lucky except with the overrated noise of them.

@allknowing but it's nice to hear, though. I wonder what they're "talking" about! =)

Very loud. They will land in our trees out front and do that. Drives the dogs crazy.

Preiti never reacted. They have done that on rare occasions earlier as well.

Oh, my that must have been some sound. I have heard a cloud or a big number of birds loudly chirping back in Latvia when they went attacking cherries on a cherry tree.

It is ok for the time you listened to it but it goes on and on and on (lol) I was happy that so many birds were there - countless.
