It is sunny but still chilly. I have a heater on and Sir Pounce A lot is curled up on top of me. Have you ever noticed that sometimes you just get up on the right side of the bed? Yesterday, I was feeling pretty negative..and today I just woke up in a good mood. Maybe the sunshine has something to do with it, I don't know..Maybe it was a good night's sleep. Do you notice a day to day difference in your mood?

I do notice a day to day difference, and sometimes an afternoon versus evening difference. I am glad you are feeling good today.
Today I am feeling somewhat positive but also somewhat blah.

I woke up with a boil that I am tring to get rid of. I hate boils but I seem to get them.

There are mornings when not even 2 cups of iced coffee can do the trick, even if I had a good 7 hours of sleep. Then, there are days when I am so content.

I find I'm happier when the sun is shining but I wouldn't say I get depressed just down in the dumps occasionally.

You can psyche yourself in a positive vein sometimes. One of my uncles has determined, that every day will be a good day. He will find some good in every day.

I'm sorry you weren't feeling great yesterday. I get moods like that too, and I feel bad when I take it out on people around me. I definitely try not to do that :(
Today it is rainy but I feel pretty amazing! I just gave my boyfriend a ride to work, now I'm home drinking my coffee, finishing the laundry, and getting ready for work :)
