Good morning everyone, I hope you're doing well this morning! =) I hope you know God loves you so much! Today will be much of the usual for us. Cleaning, devotions, packing, home school, etc. I'm really proud of my husband for how hard he's been working, in every aspect. Not only to support our family spiritually and financially but I'm also proud of him because he's started to change his diet. He's over weight and struggling with daily activities. He only drinks water now instead of soda and coffee. He is eating fruits, seafood and salads instead of junk food. He is working on improving his health, and he needed this change. =) So, I'm even more proud of him than usual! Well, better get to starting the day. If you need any prayers feel free to let me know! You can also message me anytime. =)

@JohnRoberts I don't think he likes that much, he doesn't care about the no flavor thing like I do. Lol. I hate water.

@JohnRoberts Not crazy about it. I do like vitamin water, since it has a stronger flavor but I know it's not as healthy as plain water.

I have never been a big pop (soda) drinker, but those that are, say its a harder habit to break then drinking coffee. And I really do not want to think about quitting drinking coffee. I hope that you all have a great day there today.

@Juliaacv It is if you're addicted like my husband very much was. I will have a cup with a meal but that's it. My husband would go through a 2 liter in a day, by himself! Thank you, enjoy your day as well. =)

He doesn't look over weight at all. But hope he sticks to the diet and loses, if thats what he wants. Goodluck.

That's great that he's trying to take a healthier approach to eating. An old saying says we are what we eat. The older I get the more I realize how true that it.

He can still drink coffee, but without sugar, coffee has no calories, sodas are very bad and I am glad he stopped drinking them.
