A Little Of This And That Plus Apologies

First off I would like to apologize for not getting back around to everyone`s discussions that are reading mine, I am trying to catch up. I am feeling beat up after tending to Tony a week at the hospital but things will get better and back to normal.
In the news : Alabama lawmakers are thinking again, maybe we should have the medical marijuana and allow people to get a license to grow. I am thinking Sunshine`s homestead will be called "Happy homestead" when I get into the business of growing, for the state. 
Also in Alabama : Once again the lottery thing is back on the table. I am torn on this one. While I see the benefits to the state I also can see the poor getting poorer. I do not gamble, its rare I spend a dollar of that type of game, the odds are against me so I bank that dollar and I won, but I have been to Casino`s with others, I have been to the places that sell the tickets and what I see is the people who are in line and what car they drive off in. Poor people. People that should save their money instead of make someone else rich.
It`s strange : Man has lung cancer, goes to lung doctor ( Great doctor - Dr. Yum Yum) gets treated for copd and sent to the oncologist and treated for cancer. The man can`t breathe and is told "its the cancer." Goes to heart doctor about high heart rate gets that fixed, he can breathe better, gets fluid drained from around the heart and the man rarely coughs and can really breathe now. So what does this mean? Just because you cannot breathe does not mean its a lung problem, check the heart first. Live and learn and I will spread that news.

No one part of the body operates by itself. I am not surprised that Tony also has to have fluid drawn off his heart, it seems to go with all the things that can have problems in the chest. Glad your pursued it and found out some things to help him.

I made sure to get him another heart doc, the primary care actually wanted him to go to his family heart doctor, so that is how he got this done.

Very glad to hear that Tony is doing so much better.
Happy Homestead sounds like a great name.
If the lottery money is managed right by the state it can help a lot of things. Sadly people here keep asking where the share of it is for roads and schools as they keep wanting to raise our taxes.

@andriaperry Schools are doing okay here but people have voted to raise property taxes for more money for that.

Well, the property taxes here are supposed to cover both roads and schools, out roads suck but the schools are growing and look nice.

There is no need for you to feel that you need to apologize. You put in such long days, and Tony needed you, and you rose to the occasion, and now you have to continue to help him heal and get back to where he should be. If people cannot understand anyone here having a life, then they need one also.

LOL, Spoken from my birthday sister!
Most everyone needs more than just the staff to help, help to the bathroom is the most often need and when you buzz them it could be 30 minutes, I cannot hold my pee 30 minutes much less someone on water pills and just had surgery.

And the patient suffers. Tony`s niece suffered with headaches her entire life, at age 30 she had a baby and they got worst, her OBGYN is the one that sent her for a cat scan and she had a tumor on her brain the size of an orange. Not one of the other doctors that treated headaches looked at her brain.

Really glad Tony is doing so much better. MJ will likely be legal at least medically in all states in the next 10 years. Rec. might be legal too in small cafe's.

Hope everything settles down and Tony will be alright and you can go back to a normal existence. It is difficult when things turn out not as planned. Never heard Dolly sing this song before.

Dolly was one of my dads and Tony`s favorites, so I think I have heard all of her singing at one point in life.

You are such a strong woman. Care for someone who is ill is very taxing but you manage. You may need some "me" time to replenish.
