Then you should say that you don't really know if you've ever met one or not. We're just like normal people!
I had to laugh one time when my friend of 10 years told me she had never known anyone who was gay. And I'm sitting there thinking, "Umm... you've known me for the last 10 years!"

My cousin is gay so I'd have to say yes. I would be willing to bet you've seen gays but didn't know the person was gay. Gays look like everyone else. They're tall, they're short, they're thin, they're fat, they're blonde, they're brunette, they're redhead, they're bald, they're happy, they're sad. They are just like you and me.
