Another no red meat day.
This morning I had broccoli salad I made last night, not I do not add bacon or onion to mine.
I finally got fish and fries around 5 pm.
Back at home I had a small bowl of ice cream and a brownie.
But I was hungry again around 10 pm, so I made myself a plate of fresh spinach, cucumber and black olives, A drizzle of ranch dressing.
Not to bad, I can do better.
How about you? How was your eating today?

Sounds pretty good, and some things very tasty! I stuck to low carb today...including some low carb cupcakes I made!

@andriaperry Oh yeah, I definitely can understand that...being on the go all the time does not make that easy

I did good. We had a vegetable beef pie type dinner. I put green beans and corn in the bottom then ground beef on top and baked it until done.

@andriaperry Normally I would slice taters and put in then bake them most of the way first. But avoiding them. You could put anything in it. I sometimes add peas also. I usually melt cheese over the top after the hamburger is done also. I prefer cream corn as it gives a little sauce type feel to the vegetables.

My eating was about average. I am getting more vegetables and that is a plus. When we ate out while shopping I had a small, economical serving of shepherd's pie, so it was a good treat. Before Bob went bowling we finished off some home made soup and a salad with a yogurt and honey mustard dressing. I ate a hard boiled egg and a new treat, hummus chips, for a snack before bed.

Sounds like you did good to me. I have good days when I ate very healthy, but being a woman I need to have that sweet treat. I love chocolate and I just made a chocolate cream pie.
