Opium production up 60% in Afghanistan

Are we serious about fighting the Taliban? We've got 20,000 troops there, have been there since late 2001. The Taliban's central source of income is from Afghan poppy. It just seems illogical to tolerate increased opium production in Afghanistan. What do you think?
