most of them work but the problem is they aren't eat for free pills you still have to diet and excersize to make them work they just enhance what you are doing. if you read any diet pill bottle it says "works best with diet and excersize" "results not typical" results aren't typical because people don't diet and exercize with them they just want a pill thats going to take the fat away it doens't work like that sorry.

My friend and her aunt took Zenical or Xenical. It's prescribed by your doctor and if you have insurance, it will cover a part of it, if it's for health reasons only. Like my friend had 20 lbs to lose, just because...but her aunt has high cholesterol and is overweight, and her insurance covered a big part of it.

I prefer not to take diet pills so I never did. I've lost weight without taking them by going to Overeaters Anonymous.

I think they are all a joke. I tried those Apple Cider Vinegar ones and they didn't do anything. I've gone to exercising and eating better -- it's the only thing I know that really works.

They are no good, they are not healthy and can cause problems to your health. I advise you not to take them. and the people that use them puts the weight back on after they come off the pills.

Don't know of any that really do what they promise, and some can be downright dangerous. You should ask a doctor before taking any of these.
