I would only trust in God.
I think i use zodiac (horescope) sometimes just to motivate and make me feel encouragement. not to believe or trust.
But if it makes me lethargic then i would not use it..
I do believe in it and I agree when you say it's a science, but I think it has to do with energy, the energy that comes from everything that surrounds us and our own energy combined.
