How often do you wash your hair? Some hair falls out if washed too often

I wash it once in two days. That means one day yes, the day after no, and the day after that yes, and so on... I've learned how my hair works, so I just know how often I need to wash it.

I wash my hair everyday. I didnt know the hair fall out if washed too much. My hair start to fell out all the time since last year. Everyday, if I brush my hair, I cant even count how many will fell out from my head. Im not going bold but Im losing lot and lot of hair.

I wash my hair every other day..but this is a first for me hearing it falls out if you wash it too much. I know anemia and some medications will cause you to lose hair..but not washing.
