What are the kinds of things you go through during menopause, is there a way to make it easier? Please only helpful posts.

I'm not having this issue, but I work with three older women one of whom is going through it, two that will in the near future, I want to know how this is going to affect me at work, lol. I don't want a bunch of women being really cranky around me. Self serving reasons for this discussion, lol.

I am currently going through menopause. So far I have only had fewer periods, a few mood swings, ocassional night sweating and that is about it for now. I am hoping that it will continue to be mild for me as my mother turned into a lunatic when she was in full swing of menopause. If you have really severe symptoms, you should probably see your doctor, or do some research into some herbal remedies.

hot flashes, rapid heart beat, mood swings, irritability, sudden tears, troubled sleeping, loss of libido are just some of the symptoms when going through menopause

I have not, but my mother has - the doctor prescibed something to make it easier for her.
