Do u diet to keep urself maintained.........

often people stop eating n reduce their diet to 10% daily.....is it really fair enough.....docs don't think so...what do u feel abt it?

drastic reduction of food will put your body into fat saviing mode. So its good to reduce the portions and exercise daily to lose weight

I never diet.... and i am fit and healthy ... the simple reason behind it that i never over-eat. I take less food but never miss my daily routine. wether i am in office or at home i try to eat meals at time and alway take 4-6 glass of water daily..

Yes, I do. It is better to control the weight ourselves rather than going to botique or health spa.

Nah, youll get better results with exercise and smalling portions, then you would with just stop eating.

starving isn't the answer- it wrecks the metabolism (which is gonna happen anyway, but why rush the process). just change your diet altogether. eat better and exercsise. my fav diet is cutting down to 700-1000 cals a day. i also lose fat with that.

hehee.....u're pretty smart i must say...nice way of cheating ur body metabolism by cutting down on the calories hehee...good tip buddy:)
