Pepsi is an interesting name for a dog. :-) If it had been a female pupppy, I would have said Ebony. My previous dog was nameed Ebony and she was adorable.

My hubby got a dog given to us a few months ago. The previous owners named him Cocoa. When I call him, I call him Coca-cola. Needless to say, he comes to it.

How about Taylor for a dogs name? I am not very good at picking out names but that would seem nice.

Well I'm just now seeing this discussion so my guess is that you already have your puppy and hopefully he has a name but just in case you've been calling him "dog" while waiting for me to reply with some great names .. here are my choices: Buck Chief Ty Sam Kota Oz Toby Jake Blaze I like to name my pets real human names, for the most part, makes them feel more like members of our family. (they told me so!) :)

Well, actually we haven't gotten him yet because of some unexpected remodeling that we've been having done to our house and I don't want to have to handle a puppy with all this going on.....that and I've also decided that I want another female dog! :D But I really like Buck!! I think it's cute when people name their pets human names-lol-one of my friends has a dog named "Bob" and I think it's the CUTEST thing ;)

Oh, I'd LOVE to breed labs, but right now we don't have the extra time that it would require :( But OH, I really would love to.... The only thing is, I know I'd have a really hard time selling them! ;) I'd wind up wanting to keep them all. That's SO cool that Buck lives near you-you can see him whenever you want! Now if that was the case and all the puppies were sold in my neighborhood I could do it :) And that is SO FUNNY! Daisy and Lilly have BOTH been names I've seriously considered naming my daughters because I love flower names so much!!

I like Buck too.. I have 2 female dogs, a yellow lab and a golden retriever. We use to breed our lab and she had a little of gorgeous puppies one summer. One of them was a male full of energy and personality. We named him Buck and he seemed to be everyone's favorite. We found him an awesome family and they kept that name for him. He lives right around the corner from us and still has that same playful and curious personality. I prefer female dogs too. My dogs names are Daisy & Lilly. I like flowers, can you tell? We named all the females from that first litter after flowers. Rosebud, Daffodil, Buttercup, Honey (Honeysuckle). Female dogs are so great - I don't think I ever want another male pet. Even my cat is female and I love her too!

I was listening to ZZ Top one night, their version of Elvis' "Viva Las Vegas"...well, in the song is a refrain and Billy Gibbins says "Hey Now." Very smoothly. I almost named my dog that... Hey Now..lol, and I have regretted ever since that i didnt,LOL. So, crazy as it is, it's still up for grabs!!
