hi missyann, my dear friend, i love eggs and i often take them in my daily meals. it is fast to cook, good and healthy to eat and tasty for your tongue. i love eggs in many ways but i dont like pickled eggs . i dont remember the recipe at this moment. my wife is not here, otherwise she would have shared with you the recipe. hse knows it well. and i am 100 percent sure that she would have remembered the recipe because she had shared this recipe with some of her friend, on mylot.

I buy a package or two of pickling mix depending on how many I'm going to make, follow the directions adding the required amount of vinegar.I usualy add some hot sauce to the mix.I let it cool and pour it over the eggs. You can use jars or pretty much whatever you like(non metal),though I use a 5 gal. plastic bucket with a lid.I put up several dozen at a time and keep them refrigerated.I won't start eating them til they've been in the brine for at least a month. The longer they sit the better they are!Hope this helps...

I do not eat eggs. I bring some eggs for my son to make omlette. I do not prepare any other dish out of eggs.
