Do parents accept love marriage?

SOME YES AND SOME NO. IN MY CASE MY MOTHER ACCEPTED US BUT MY FATHER FOR THE PAST 16 YEARS HAS NOT LOOKED TO ME NOR IS TALKING TO ME AS I AM HIS ONLY DAUGHTER. BUT NO REGRETS DOING LOVE MARRIAGE

Yes... I am also lucky enough that my parents have accpted our relationship and we ae hopefully getting married late next year
