Talking to yourself?

talking to yourself out loud is considered to be a mental illness,i don't particularly remember what its called, but physcologists say its first step towards diseases like epilepsy, paranoia, etc etc. so if you do talk to yourself out loud, you need to change the habbit before it changes you! ciao:)

I'm sorry but I have to agree with this, it would be better if you would write something like: I do/don't. It would still not be much but better than copying the title, it doesn't add anything. I guess we all do sometimes. Pep-talking yourself in the mirror can work wonders, some psychologists actually give this as an assignment.

OK, I see, that I am not the only mad! Yes I always speak, when I am nervous becuse of somebody. SOmetimes my son ask me:" Anya, are you nervous again?" I am explaining to that person who I am nervous because of. Like an idiot, I know. :-)
