Have You succeeded in quitting the nasty and unhealthy habit of smoking? I quit smoking 17 years ago. Well, I really can’t say it was because I have tremendous Will Power, because when I quit smoking, I hadn’t even thought about kicking the habit.

I quit smoking almost three years ago. I did use an aid to help me. I took an herbal remedy and sucked on a lot of hard candy. It was the hardest habit for me to quit.

I know exactly what you mean. It is probably considered the hardest habit to quit. I congratulate you and keep at it, don't start. Thanks for your response

no need for me to quit smoking since i am not a smoker. its a good thing really. but i always suggest to friends who wants to quit smoking that they can do so by gradually not lighting a stick and then concentrate on eating candies first if they suddenly have cravings. this was effective with my dad who quit smoking entirely after 5 days.

I congratulate for being able to quit smoking. It is very hard to quit smoking. You really have a will power and great discipline for making it.

I quit smoking two years ago. My method to quit? Only my brain. I smoked for 10 years and I quit smoking because I don't want to depend from an object!

I quit smoking 1 year ago. I quit smoking, because I was pregnant. I only used my willpower, and I think that it is the best decision that I have ever made. I have a beautiful, healthy baby boy, who will have nonsmoking parents.
