SO I have this judge that is really good friends w/ my X's lawyer and she has already had charges brought up against her for doing things unethical. I hired a PI and she refused to look at the photos or listen to the PI while on the stand. I could go on and on about things she has ignored. Does anyone know how to get away from this judge and get another considering the fact? I was told that there was a conflict of interets and should be able to get something done, but unsure how to go about it. ANy help would be greatly appreciated.
