i know first aid very well, because i have done a course called medicare course, which is needed for working on ships.

not only for working on ships. but first aid is most important for all people

When my child was a baby, I bought many books on looking after babies including first aid. But other than that my knowledge on first aid is nil. However I am interested in good health and always take advise from those who know, on everything including my diet.
