Have you ever experienced an earthquake?

I have not and I hope I never do. I am afraid of them.

I've experienced quite a few of them from living in Los Angeles. Yes they can be scary but once you feel your first one (most people) become seasoned pros. It's gotten to the point now where I don't even get up right away anymore if one starts. Not the best attitude to have - it'll probably get me in trouble if we ever have the big one.

I have, but I sleep like a rock and slept right through it. I woke up and everything had falled down from my shelves, and only caught the very end tremors.

Yes, I've experienced them and more than one time. After the first "big" one, now I am not so afraid of them....even if I ask others if they have was afraid or not....and I check if my home is ok. I live in a earthquake-resistent building....and I'm studying engineering, so I feel safe
