Go to the dentist and have your teeth checked. Also brush at least twice a day and floss. Have dental cleaning every six months and try to avoid sweets. Do you bleed when you brush your teeth? It could be gingivitis...what did the dentist tell you? Don't take your teeth for granted guys. It's practically the first thing people see in you. It's so not cool to give them a teethless smile.

I think you are experiencing problem with your teeth because you have a poor hygiene. I mean you have miss toothbrushing sometimes. In a long run of such habit plaque accumulation becomes rampant and tartar build up must have cause infection in your gingival tissue. When did the last time you visit your dentist? If you had decay in one of your tooth you must have it restored or it will transfer into another and another until you know that your teeth is full of decay already. You must have undergo teeth restoration. Do you used floss in brushing?, if you do I guess you had overdo it. Too much flossing and brushing also resulted to gingival inflammation and decay. When you eat sweet go brush immediately but if it's not possible chew some gums as to have salivary flow. Drink water each time you eat. And lastly don't forget to visit your dentist twice a year atleast.
