Hi, myloters, this is one post i like to repair. Because i and sanTosa was doesn't know that we must post in English here.
so here we goes :
i was respond ; Sate with onion slice and hot chili sauce, is very delicious! we must eat it with a hard "lontong" (rice that cooked in banana leaves)
and then, sanTosa reply ;

oh yes... of course i know sate... it's one of the food I crave now that I am in the UK. I like it most with peanut sauce (kuah kacang), absolutely delicious. The ketupat or nasi himpit, and onions... usually comes along with it. Personally, I feel the peanut sauce is the one that makes the difference... if it is made well, everything that goes with it tastes good, even bread or rice.
