Yeah I do the same thing after watching TV that is I say a little prayer then I go to slepp.....

For an hour or so, I usually read novel and while reading I get sleep and my son puts off the switch. That is how I get into sleep for the past many years.

I have a habit of reading the newspaper and watch TV and after that I pray to god.... just before going to the bed..

I too say prayers and thank God that I have such a beautiful little boy. I go through in my head all the things I have to appreciate. It helps me sleep better and gets me through the hard times.
