What is the best mascara for lengthening eyelashes WITHOUT clumping?

I'm looking for mascara that lengthens eyelashes WITHOUT CLUMPING! I need something smooth and sleek. Also, if you know of one that lengthens AND thickens eyelashes, please let me know
