I have not moved but 3 times, We moved from La, where I lived for 18 years to Ms, into one house, then I moved into a house with my first husband, then we divorced and I moved back into the house I lived in with my mom, then I married and just bought a new house, and I hope we don't move again.

I moved 9 times and I personally hate moving around as much as I hate change.I find it scary.Due to the fact that I got married, got divorced, moved back to my parents, went on my own,and finally remarried:I moved so many times. Now I am finally a homeowner.Thank God for small mercies.

I am 59 years old and have lived in 41 different houses. My dad was a Methodist minister and they get moved around a lot. In my adult life I have moved a lot too. Currently, I have lived in the same house for 11 1/2 years. I hope to stay here the rest of my life. I am sick of moving.

I left one move out....I have lived in 42 houses. If I do ever move again it will be into a tree house or a new house on the property that I now live on. I live on 200 acres and dearly love the woods.

....Soooo tired. I guess so. Children need to feel they are secure. Part of theat security is knowing that they have a 'permanent' place to put their bed. Moving sucks big time. As a child we moved every five years. No wonder I am a 'detatchable' person.

I also moved alot as a kid. It isnt very interesting cuz it is hard to make friends and then be moving. It is especially hard to make friends when you move in the middle of the school year. I have lived in 2 homes with my husband of almost 4 yrs., and we might be moving again next year, but once oour kids start school I want to stay put for the most part.

I would agree it must be hard as well, I just said interesting, because I have never moved any where and I thought it might be nice to see other places, I agree you should stay in one place for your kids when they start school, they need to be able to have friends.

I am 23 years old and i have changed a house just one time in my life. I went to new one so it was something that made me really happy. But for my first seventeen years i was living at two houses at the same time. It was a unique experience.

Unfortunately too many times to count. For many years my life was very stable, then, oh boy, and I still haven't recovered. Life sometimes takes us on unexpected journeys.
