I can never get up early? wat shud i do to get up cheerfully?

Getting up early is a good habit .It is very important for our health,our study ,our life and so on.First, getting up early helps to keep up strong .WE can do morning exercises in the open air in the morning and breathe fresh air to build our bodies.Second ,getting up early heps us to memorize what we have learned in class by reading aloud in the morning .

I think you should set your mind to get up early and discipline yourself to be getting up early. Schedule things to be done early. If you're already working and have to leave the house early, then I think you will learn to be getting up early and accept responsibilities.
