MY BROTHER`S PROBLEM

Looking at the problems you describe I think he needs speech therapy.You must consult a therapist-its not a big deal,he can be cured and since he can not pronounce several words that is the reason he speaks in timid voice.Encourage him to speak and do not critcise or correct the mistakes he makes.Try and make him speak slowly and learn to listen patiently too.with support of all family members and therapy he will learn how to speak very easily.
