You could try making some friends on the internet through chat programs and maybe explain to them what you're doing and ask if they're interested, if they are then pass on the link to them. I don't mean spamming the chatrooms, I just mean asking people on your friends list (ask before posting the link to them).

my suggestion is : send your referral url to your real friends and ask them to join here with your reference . make them actively participate here ...
