why men regard marriage as an end to their freedom and happiness?

I don't understand that either but my EX Husband thought that to so he made sure he got the best of both worldsfor 21 years and I was stupid enough to let him

Because the man finds himself caught in the dilemma of parents interference and wife's interference in his life. As for as wife's interference is concerned, it is ok. But parents interference is not ok. Some men find it hard to say to their parents that their interference is disturbing them so they put blame on wife or the institution of marriage. But the reality is something different. I hope u hv discerned what I have tried to say.

i think that is the fault of the society that we live in. frustrated men keep saying that because they are not able to be happy in a marriage or they are not able to be faithfull to just one woman. so they generalize this by instigating other men to think like them even though they did not experienced a mariage yet. and so the society perpetuates this idea of men being afraid of commitment.
