busy friends?

do you have any friends who act as busy as a bee but actually doesn't have nothing good to do? what do you think about those kind of people, why do they act like that, does acting like that make them feel good.?

I feel bad, because i am so busy with my family and taking care of my home and my son, that I hardly find time for my friends, and when I do have time, i feel like i am intruding in on their lives.
