How do you balance your work life & family?

i m staying alone...far away from my family. and i don hav any plan of getting married.... the only thing i miss abt my family is being wid thm... and wht s becoming impossible day by day :( ..m not able to giv time to my family...i think i hav spent max 4 months wid thm in last 4 and half year...

I try to spend more time with my family when I can. But there are times that I will be absorb in doing some other things. Luckily I have a very caring wife who is always there to support. Time really flies, we should put more emphasis on family. I will normally try to spend time with them after work. I don't like to bring work back after office hours.
