What do you count as black? Having on, white, blood relative makes you mixed. What is white? Are Arabs black or white? How about Indians (from India)?

Who in the hell would think black population is only twelve percent. It more than that by a long shot.

according to the 2004 US Census there are 288,281,000 people in the US. 37,645,000 are black. That means 13.1% of the US population is Black, alone or in combination with another race. Data can be found at : www.census.gov
