being wrongfully fired from my job as a head teacher

First of all let me point out that i think, it was a personal issue. Anyway my boss acused me of hitting a child.she said she had it video tape but she refused to show it to me. I want to know what can i do? i have already reported to EOEC

If you are certain that you have never hit a child, there is no need to be afraid to your boss. It does not better what she claimed she had. Because there is no way she could have video taped something that had not happened. I think you need not do anything or if you really want to do something, you can challenge her to prove it. Without prove she won't be able to threat you.

Contact a lawyer who specializes in wrongful termination. Sounds like there is no videotape; they may have looking for a reason to fire you, and that's all they came up with.
