whats a good stock pick today?

I do pick stocks, but have found that trying to forecast what a stock will do on the short term to be impractical. If you are interested in stocks that will go UP over the next few months, at least, then I'll swap ideas with you. I am not kidding about short term stock forecasting being just about impossible. I have tested numerous algorithms to do this. All failed.
