Do you share your bathtub with anyone? Or is it your sanctuary?

I have a big garden tub so my partner and I share baths. I used to share baths with my babies, but I am not comfortable anymore doing that. Do you share your bath with anyone? Or is it your sanctuary?

Well since our bath tub is barely big enough for me to lay down in it there isn't much sharing going on in our tub. The only thing that we can do in it is stand... and after a while that isn't that much fun. The kids can share the tub, but they are just little tikes.

I prefer to take shower alone most of the time, and then when i visit my special gal i take shower with her on rare occasion :). But i never bathe with her. I do sit by the tub and scrub her feet and massage her back. I would never get in with her. It is too small for both of us and i just don't feel right with it.

I would share with my hubby, but our bath tub just isn't big enough to do that. Someday I'll have that big garden tub and will be more then willing to share. But for now its just my space cause I'm all that fits. hehe

I don't share my bathtub with anyone, although I've asked my boyfriend to sit in the tub with me he won't because he finds it too cheesy, he'd rather shower with me. having a bath alone is kinda nice anywways, it's peaceful and let's me clear my head.

i had a bath with my babies a couple of times but it scared me because they were slippery, theyre too curious now so i go in on my own.i wouldnt go in with their dad because im too ashamed of my body.its not a pretty site.having 3 kids wasnt kind to my figure.some people are lucky and everything springs back.my body still thinks its 8months pregnant

LOL! I take up most of the bath myself, being so tall, 6 foot 2!! So there's hardly room for anything or anyONE else. I don't have anyone t share it with even if I did have a much bigger bath, the bathroom just ain't big enough. Even if I did have a partner I would NEVER share it with them, the bath is a place which is sancrosanct to me, a place where I can be alone and to relax in and unwind. I would share and have done with my partner in the shower but never the bath.

I like the idea of keeping the bathtub to myself. But the prospect of sharing it with some who is intimate is quite tempting. As far as the functional element of a bath tub is concerned, I prefer to be there all by myself!

I sat in the tub with my son while pregnant with my daughter. It was easier than bending over the edge, plus he was only 10 1/2 months by the time she was born. I usually take a shower with my husband early in the morning, before our son wakes up, and before one of us visits our daughter in the hospital. During the week it is sometimes one of the few times we have time for just the two of us.

I do not share a bathtub with anyone!! I like taking bath better, but when I do...it is my sanctuary!! :) And, as babies get older...it is time for them to get in their own bath!! :D LOL

I prefer having a shower, cos I find it more convenient for me when I am in a hurry. But would love to experience a bath when i am in a romantic mood. with candle lights.... choclate.... champagne etc

I don't share it all the time- I love taking long hot bubble baths-- with music, candles, and lots of bubbles-- It is so relaxing-- Music so I don't hear the tv, or my daughter saying Mom---- I am nice though and sometimes I let my partner share with me. He loves to get in and have me wash his back! Always when we go out of town we rent the hotel with the jacuzzi tubs-- I always put bubble bath in (even though the signs say no bubble bath).. needless to say the bubbles usually end up over my head seeping onto the floor. I love baths!- so my answer looks to be- sometimes alone and sometimes I share!

Everyday, I share bath with my wife before we go to work. Its a nice feeling for us share bath everyday. Though just little time, I believe its a relationship enhancement for married couple out there to share bath always if possible.

I used to take bathes with my daughter, but also I am not comfterable anymore because she's at that stage where she asks questions about everything. I also used to take bathes with my husband but I don't always enjoy that, sometimes it's nice but most of the time I like to take bathes alone, it's my relaxing time.
