Honesty and integrity

i think that being honest with all of the people that you know is important and that one should stand behind their word and take great pains to do the things that they promise or say that they will.

honesty and integrity are two things needed to get real success. But i dont know how many of us are really observing honesty and integrity now.

I do and let me tell you, when you begin the policy it can be hard to uphold. Sometimes when you are honest and forthright with your friends they can get offended but after a while you learn how to say things so that they are not hurtfula and it fosters more honest interaction back from your friends which is always good. My friends appreciate me because I have the integrity to tell them what's up rather than just what they wanna hear.
