I don't take pills...but have thougt about it...i never sleep through the night..I wake-up at least 2-3 times..and the day goes by like a daze...because I am so tired...the is an everyday thing..I hate it.

No I don't take sleeping pills and never will. They are habit forming and it's possible to then become reliant on them. There are other ways to get to sleep.

By the grace of God I have not taken any sleeping pills or i have never required any of them.
